faculty member in the Faculty of Architecture and Town Planning, Technion. An acting National Planning and Building Council member, and the Technion’s Social Hub academic chair. Researches the development of innovative urban planning models designed to mainstream social considerations at the process of decision-making in the Town Planning realm, as well as crime in cities, arts in cities, ethnicity, and immigration.

Ph.D. (2007) from Tel Aviv University’s Department of Sociology  Anthropology and completed postdoctoral fellowships at the Hebrew University (2007) and Columbia University (2008).
